16-49 Passage des Panoramas, 75002 Paris, France
Noglu brings food on the go and fine dining to the Parisian gluten free experience, and they are doing it so well! Noglu features two store fronts, one for a sit down dining experience and another across the way for to-go lunch items. During my trip, I was lucky enough to try them both and was not disappointed.
For a few years now, Noglu has occupied a spot on my must-try list during our past trips to Paris but somehow I was unable to fit it into my schedule. This time I made it a point to make sure we made it there. We made reservations for dinner on my birthday, and Lathan had his first fine dining experience :), and we also went back a few days later to grab lunch and desserts.
Dinner was an awesome experience because for the first time in many years I was able to eat everything that was placed on the table without question. I actually enjoyed a basket of delicious gluten free bread and scones plus had a dinner awesome enough to write home about. Our on the go lunch was delicious featuring a roasted aubergine (eggplant) and zucchini sandwich and lots of goodies. All-in-all I would recommend Noglu and I'll certainly dine there during our future trips to Paris.
If you're interested in the Noglu experience but aren't planning a trip to Paris, you can pick up their awesome cookbook Good without Gluten or check out their new location in NYC!
