Before having Lathan, Leo and I celebrated Valentine's day once, the very first year we began dating (a whopping eleven years ago!). We chalked the holiday up to being a mass marketing campaign and never really thought much more about it, until our little guy came along. Now that Lathan is here we have a renewed love of holidays and embrace any reason to have a nice family outing with one another.
We have tossed around a couple of ideas on how to celebrate our love as a family on Valentine's Day. Below you will find a list of activities that we have considered as things we can do with Lathan now, or once he is a little older.
