Last halloween season we sat around in anticipation of Lathan's arrival, fully prepared to celebrate the holiday. I picked out the perfect newborn costume from Etsy and we waited for the big labor moment to happen. October came and went but baby decided he was not ready to grace the world with his existence. He instead had November 3rd in mind as the best birth date ever.
Well this year mama is a little over excited about Halloween. Perhaps it's to make up for missing out on last year. Now that we're home from our vacation, it was only right for Lathan to have his first big trip to the pumpkin patch, wearing of course a festive Jack-O-Lantern sweatshirt. He was a little confused (check his facial expressions) about the orange globes sitting all around and mama of course was oh so excited for our family holiday tradition to kick off.
