This was my 3rd trip to Paris on a strict gluten free diet and can I say much has changed since my first GF visit. Though, of course, much has also changed since my 1st trip to the city of lights, where I could dine where ever I chose but hey whoa is life for us Celiac folks. Anywho... Paris is the answer!

There's nothing more exciting than a colossal sand box equip with all the best toys!
